Conditions of sale

The guarantees we offer are the current ones of any associate of the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers (I.L.A.B.) and the conditions of sale are as follows:

  - Prices are fixed in Euros.

 -  All books are complete and in good condition unless otherwise stated.

  - Library-stamps, cancelled stamps, ex libris and owner’s signatures have not always been mentioned.

  - Any item is returnable at our expense for a full cash refund if unmentioned defects or bibliographical inaccuracies are found within 30 days after the receipt and providing that the book is returned in the same condition as when sold.

  - Payment is due within 3 weeks from invoice date.

- Delivery according to the trade conditions of the Antiquarian Booksellers’ Association of The Netherlands, Amsterdam, depot-no. 212/1982. These conditions stipulate that the property right of the supplied goods remains with us up to full payment.
